The World Cricketers’ Association (WCA) has launched its updated Leagues Hub, providing the most comprehensive assessment of major domestic leagues worldwide.
The Leagues Hub was originally established in 2024 and evaluates each major league against a range of criteria identified by players, players’ associations and agents as critical to professional standards and player welfare. These indicators have been further updated and consolidated into a single overall rating out of 100 for each league, offering a clear and accessible benchmark across the global T20 landscape.
First introduced to help bring greater transparency and consistency to the rapidly growing domestic T20 landscape, the Leagues Hub has become a widely used reference point for players and stakeholders. The latest update reflects ongoing feedback and the continued evolution of the global game.
The initiative is designed to support a more transparent, consistent and professional environment for players, and others, by:

The Leagues Hub is intended as a collaborative tool for the global game, helping leagues, players and stakeholders work together to lift standards, strengthen professionalism and drive greater consistency across the global T20 landscape.
The rapid expansion of domestic T20 leagues around the world has created significant opportunities for players, fans and the global game. At the same time, the scale and speed of that growth has highlighted the importance of clearer global benchmarks, shared standards, and greater transparency.
By providing a structured and player-informed evaluation framework, the Leagues Hub supports continuous improvement across domestic leagues and provides better outcomes for players, leagues and the global game.
The updated Leagues Hub is now live on the WCA website.
WCA CEO Tom Moffat said:
“WCA is fortunate to have a birds eye view of the global game, and daily engagements with players competing in leagues around the world.
The growth of the domestic leagues landscape has been overwhelmingly positive for our sport, but it has the potential to be even better. We want all sanctioned leagues to be successful, and to provide fair protections and standards for people within them.
In the absence of enforceable regulated global standards in a number of important areas identified by the players and their representatives, the updated Leagues Hub provides evolved, consolidated benchmarking on current practice.
We have reached out to each league inviting them to work with us to meet best practice benchmarks, and to continue to advance the professionalisation and growth of our sport. We intend to provide consistent updates, including on both good practice, and on issues, as they arise during the year.”
