WCA has congratulated MCC and the Cricket Connects Advisory Board following the completion of the World Cricket Connects event held at Lord’s over the weekend. The forum brought together the majority of cricket’s key stakeholder’s and other interested parties for open discussion and debate on the future of the game.
WCA Board Member, Paul Marsh, and CEO, Tom Moffat, presented on WCA’s Protecting History, Embracing Change Report. WCA also had a number of panel contributors across the conference, including President, Lisa Sthalekar, Board member, Sana Mir, and Chairman, Heath Mills.
WCA CEO, Tom Moffat said:
“We congratulate MCC for bringing the event together. The quality of discussion and debate was high, and it was great to see so many people together and engaging openly on the future of our sport. A willingness and openness for our game’s leadership to collaborate at global level will be critical to optimising cricket’s future.
